Ed Johnson is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, Deputy Chief, Civil Section, U.S. Department of Justice, Western District of Texas, and is the former Chairman & CEO of the 18th largest law firm in San Antonio, TX during the 1990's. He worked directly with Hon. John H. Wood, Jr., U.S. District Judge, and Hon. William S. Sessions, (former Director of the FBI), and has represented former Presidents Lyndon B. Johnson, Gerald R. Ford, and Richard M. Nixon in the U.S. District Courts.

His Biography appears in several Marquis Publications: Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in Finance & Industry, and The Biltmore Who's Who 2006 Registry of Executives.

In 1990, he founded and was Chairman & CEO, and the Senior Managing Shareholder of one of the Top 20 Law firms in San Antonio, Texas. He retired from his law firm in 2000, to concentrate on building a large international Health and Wellness business. Today, his health and wellness business operations are in 12 countries. In 2010, he was appointed by the Directors of the American Anti-Cancer Institute to Serve as the Chairman of the Institute's Advisory Board.

He is featured in a popular 90 minute Health & Wellness Movie documentary, "Sweet Misery in a Poisoned World,” and in several publications, including 2 best selling books. He served on the President's Executive Advisory Board of a Top 100, Inc. 500 Company, and reached a Top Position in an 8 Billion Dollar Company. He has served as a Director of The American Cancer Society (San Antonio Chapter), as Chairman of Fund Raising for The American Heart Association, and as a Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.

Some of his past business ventures include owning and operating two Texas Oil Exploration Companies, a Real Estate Syndication Company, two NASD Licensed Broker-Dealers, a Venture Capital Company, an Investment Banking Company, a Real Estate Limited Partnership Marketing Company, and his Top 20 Law Firm. Additionally, he served as Joint Venture Manager, and General Partner in several multi-million dollar Real Estate, Medical R&D, and Oil & Gas Limited Partnerships.

In the 1990s he hosted a weekly Christian Television Program, and a Christian Radio Talk Show, has written and published many articles, and has spoken nationally and internationally to Business Owners and Leaders, and was recently a featured Speaker at the National Convention of the Coast Guard's Chief Petty Officers Association, on the Subject of Natural Health and Wellness. He is a popular MC and Speaker at National and International Conferences.

Ed Johnson is a committed christian, a devoted family man, and an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur. He owns and operates two natural health and wellness beverage businesses doing business in 12 Nations, with combined sales volume of over $5 million per year. He has been happily married to his wife, Yvonne, since 1977, and is the
father of 3 children, and 6 grandchildren.
